What It Is


A 360-Feedback Process is a tool that provides extensive and varied feedback about an employee’s performance. Managers, peers, direct reports, and/or others rate the employee in areas such as leadership, communication, productivity, and technical skills. The employee also rates himself or herself in these areas.

What It Does

360-Feedback allows employees to understand strengths and weaknesses in their workplace performance, interpersonal communication, and/or management style with a focus on personal and organizational development.
