Briana founded BP Dudley & Associates in 2020 after 15 years of helping leaders get better at the actual work of leadership. She's an executive coach, leadership development consultant, and the founder of a Birmingham-based firm that works with VPs, directors, C-suite executives, and HR leaders at mid-sized organizations across the country.
Her work is anchored in evidence-based assessments (DISC, Driving Forces, TriMetrix HD, Emotional Intelligence, Stress Quotient) and a coaching philosophy that prioritizes self-awareness as the foundation of every leadership skill that follows.
